These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trustphere platform, including our website at trustphere.io and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Trustphere Inc. ("Trustphere", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use Trustphere. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. Trustphere accounts are available to individuals and businesses in supported jurisdictions. We reserve the right to decline registration or terminate accounts that do not meet our eligibility requirements.

2. Account Registration & Security

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@trustphere.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your credentials before notification.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations, we require identity verification before you can receive or withdraw funds. You agree to provide truthful identification documents when requested. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Payout Services

Receiving Funds

Trustphere facilitates the receipt of funds from verified sending organizations on your behalf. Deposits are credited to your Trustphere balance once confirmed. All deposits are subject to compliance review and may be held if discrepancies are detected.

Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are subject to administrator review before funds are released. Processing times vary based on your withdrawal method and volume. We reserve the right to delay or decline withdrawals that trigger fraud detection rules or compliance checks.

Account Holds

We may place a temporary hold on your account and pause withdrawals if we detect suspicious activity, a payment discrepancy, or a potential compliance issue. We will notify you promptly and provide the reason for the hold to the extent permitted by law.

5. Fees

Any applicable fees for using Trustphere services will be clearly disclosed before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to update our fee schedule with 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after fee changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised fees.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use Trustphere to:

• →Conduct or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud
• →Use another person's identity or financial information without authorization
• →Attempt to circumvent our security systems, fraud detection, or compliance checks
• →Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's technical infrastructure
• →Use the Service for any purpose unrelated to receiving legitimate payouts

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, fund seizure pending investigation, and referral to law enforcement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Trustphere name, logo, platform design, and all related content are owned by Trustphere Inc. and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trustphere shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of funds, data, or business opportunity. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Trustphere in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and any pending withdrawals may be frozen pending compliance review.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email before the changes take effect. Continuing to use Trustphere after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
